Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange any product that is purchased from us can do so, by returning the same product to us, a registered address store in Malaysia. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that have been damaged or altered in any way.
If exchanged within 14 days of purchase
A 100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
If exchanged after 14 days of purchase
The gold rate of MS Gold & Diamonds or of the respective store applicable at the time of exchange will be considered the benchmark rate.
